We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee data-driven projects and InsightOut deployments. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strong client-facing skills, and experience managing Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) projects, data engineers and software developers. Responsibilities

Project Management & Implementation

  • Lead end-to-end project management of InsightOut and other data-focused implementations, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Develop and refine implementation methodologies, ensuring efficient and repeatable processes for deploying Enterprise Data
  • Warehouses (EDW) and software solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (data engineers, developers, product managers) and external stakeholders (clients, partners, vendors) to ensure seamless execution of technical projects.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring a strong client experience throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive technical discovery sessions to understand client requirements and translate them into detailed implementation plans.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including scope statements, implementation roadmaps, resource plans, and risk assessments.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for project execution, leveraging Agile, Scrum, or other relevant methodologies.

Technical Leadership

  • Work closely with data engineers and software developers, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business objectives.
  • Assist in architecting data solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security best practices are met.
  • Provide technical guidance to internal teams and clients on best practices for data management, data integration, and workflow automation.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for clients throughout the implementation and ongoing production support processes.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer success by aligning project deliverables with client expectations and long-term business goals.
  • Drive change management and user adoption strategies to maximize the impact of InsightOut and other data solutions.
  • Manage executive-level reporting on project progress, risks, and key milestones

Product & Process Improvement

  • Continuously refine implementation frameworks and methodologies to optimize efficiency and scalability.
  • Work closely with product management to provide feedback on product features and enhancements based on client needs.
  • Identify and mitigate risks early, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, data engineering, or software development.
  • Experience with data management platforms is a plus.
  • Consulting experience in data analytics, BI, or software implementation is a strong advantage.
  • Project management certification (PMP, CSM, SAFe) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in banking, finance, manufacturing, or retail analytics is beneficial.
  • Strong leadership and oral and written communication skills.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans.
