We are seeking a highly motivated Business Continuity Professional with Cyber Incident Response planning experience to join our growing team to assist clients in their Business Continuity Planning (BCP) initiatives across all industries that Wolf & Company serves.

Responsibilities

  • Keep current on market trends and industry specific regulatory requirements within the Business Continuity industry to:
    • Ensure that our clients are adequately educated on proper readiness as well as sufficiently prepared for annual audits of the Business Continuity program
  • Performing Business Continuity services to clients to include:
    • Crisis Management
    • Business Impact Analysis development and maintenance
    • BC Risk Assessment development and maintenance
    • BC Plan development and maintenance
    • BCP Training and Awareness
    • Tabletop/Disaster Simulation Exercises
    • Plan audit and assessment
  • Overseeing implementation of our automated WolfPAC Business Continuity and Incident Management solutions to include:
    • Ensuring implementations are scheduled and tracked from kickoff to completion
    • Training of users of system requirements
    • Acting as liaison between clients and our development team to report system bugs and enhancement requests
    • Assist in testing of new releases
  • Assist, as necessary, in sales support activities
    • Participate in prospect meetings/dialogue to identify client requirements in order to effectively deliver an accurate proposal of services
    • Facilitate demonstrations of our Business Continuity and Incident Management systems, assisting the sales team in determining potential for recurring billable services
    • Participating in regional industry networking events and conferences to assist in nurturing business development opportunities
  • Provide Incident Response services to clients to include:
    • Keep current on trends and requirements specific to Cyber Incident Response planning
    • Incident Response Plan assessments
    • Development of Incident Response plans and playbooks
    • Cyber simulation exercises
  • Act as subject matter expert to other firm employees

Qualifications

  • Goal and detail-oriented project management skills
  • Able to work effectively with C-level executives and management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Presentation and group training skills
  • Proven ability to perform project management skillsets
  • Proven ability to maintain effective, on-going client relationships
  • Travel (local, regional, national) 15%

Preferred Candidates will have the following:

  • BCP Certification and minimum of 1-3 years proven experience, or be willing to seek and obtain relevant professional certifications

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $72,000.

 

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.  In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans. In addition, Wolf offers a wide range of benefits including spot awards, 401(k) savings, flexible work, and a generous total rewards and benefits package.
