Overview

Wolf is seeking an experienced Talent Development Manager to join our growing and well-established national firm. This exciting management position with unlimited growth potential requires a motivated, experienced professional with strong interpersonal and management skills. The Talent Development Manager is charged with overseeing the strategy and delivery of Wolf’s development programs and systems to help Wolf achieve its growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a partner, consultant, and advisor to management by developing and driving strategies to develop our talent at all levels of the organization
  • Direct, develop, and assess curriculum across all roles and lines of service
  • Define the roadmap for growth needed to progress from one level to the next
  • Design, train and supervise the consistent implementation of the firm’s onboarding program Facilitate parts or all of the onboarding program as needed
  • Design and ensure quality of the instructional content and materials
  • Train or deliver course content to audiences of various roles and service lines
  • Design in person cohort-based training for managers, senior staff, and others
  • Leverage innovative learning methods to deliver content in person, virtually, and on demand
  • Manage the LMS system
  • Identify, select and establish vendor relationships to deliver the curriculum
  • Supervise, review, report and intervene as necessary to ensure budget compliance
  • Supervise and review CPE compliance and certification achievement including completion of the CPA exam
  • Document, distribute and maintain policy and procedures for the Firm’s learning and development programs

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a Talent Development, Learning & Development or HR Business Partner role, preferably in professional services
  • Proven success delivering programs that grow talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Comfort and competency facilitating programs as an instructor
  • Creative with the ability to bring new ideas while balancing the need to listen to stakeholders
  • Independent, self-starting, and self-motivated while still being a strong team player
  • Effective coaching, management, and employee development skills
  • Customer service orientation, strong communication, and interpersonal skills

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000.


Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans.
