Overview

Wolf is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing and well-established national firm. As a coordinator, you will support the Talent Acquisition team through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. This recruiter-track position will provide hands-on experience, training, and growth opportunities. The successful candidate possesses strong organizational skills, is detail-oriented, desires to be challenged in a dynamic work environment, and is looking to start and grow their career in People Services. 

 

*Candidate must be located in New England (RI, MA, Southern New Hampshire)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and consistently update applicant-tracking system (ATS)
  • Review and format job descriptions for consistency and update files as needed in OneDrive and ATS
  • Assist with job template maintenance in the ATS, posting open requisitions, and managing requisition renewals
  • Provide statistical data and benchmarking information upon requested
  • Coordinate schedules and candidate availability for virtual interviews, prepare interview schedules and communicate scheduling with candidates
  • Draft and prepare necessary documents for offer letter packages for new hires
  • Update and maintain Talent Acquisition (TA) team spreadsheets and reports in SmartSheet, including candidate pipeline, experienced and campus recruiting activities, and archived data
  • Maintain organization of TA team’s OneDrive by updating and saving documents, organizing files, and communicating updates to the team
  • Support in the planning and execution of all internal and external Talent Acquisition events
  • Respond promptly to email, phone, or in-person inquiries from candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Support Early Career Specialist with campus recruiting efforts as needed
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition team training and prioritize self-directed learning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; and a minimum of one year of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong interest in the talent acquisition field with a desire to advance into a recruiting role
  • Independent, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and planning abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment are a must
  • Proven capability to meet tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office, including, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneDrive
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Willingness to work on-site as needed
  • Experience working in Adobe Acrobat a plus
  • Previous experience working in an applicant tracking system such as ADP, iCIMS or similar, a plus

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000.

 

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans.
