Wolf & Company is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the WolfPAC Solutions Group. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for driving new business by finding and creating new business opportunities for the WolfPAC software sales team. The SDR will be primarily responsible for generating new sales volume within Financial, Health and Manufacturing verticals in an assigned region.
Research and develop target lists for WolfPAC in the financial institution, FinTech and technology sectors
Conduct targeted outreach via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other methods to obtain leads
Record all activities in Salesforce CRM
Provide regular updates and reports to the WolfPAC Director of Sales on all activities
Aid in the design, development, and implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve quarterly objectives for products, services, revenue, and profitability
Ensure the management of a pipeline consistent with exceeding budgeted objectives
Drive individual achievement of assigned opportunity creation and revenue targets
Minimum 1-2 years experience with proven success
Experience selling SaaS to Financial Institution and Healthcare markets
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and within all levels of the organization.
Ability and willingness to travel to prospects, clients, and industry trade/networking and educational events
Experience with Salesforce CRM and Sandler Selling System or other sales methodologies desirable

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans.
